Jordan Kiper


Jordan Kiper came to CSU in 2007 from the University of Colorado, where he studied Philosophy, Anthropology and Art History as an undergraduate. He has also studied sociolinguistics and language policies at the Belgrade University, Serbia, in 2005-2006. He works primarily in philosophy of mind and science, with special interests in consciousness, evolutionary psychology, physics, and anthropology. He recently presented papers on consciousness and physics at the American Philosophical Association, the Inter-Section Conference on Mind and Brain, and the International Humanities Conference; he also presented a paper on the logic of David Gauthier’s contractualism at the Inter-Mountain Philosophy Conference. He aspires to earn a PhD in anthropology.
