The goal of the summary to demonstrate clearly that you have read and understood the the articles assigned. Sometime it will take more than one take before that article is properly digested. You then ask a question. We will use your questions in our discussions on Fridays.
You are responsible for presenting one of the assigned readings. The presentation time is 25 minutes. Our hope is that the ideas from your presentation together with those of your short summaries will evolve into a sophisticated, perhaps even publishable, piece (2500-3000 words). The paper is due Monday, December 15, 2008, 11 p.m.
